STADTBAD STEGLITZ
Based on Giorgio Manganelli’s short story “Gone astray. 100 novels in the shape of pills” the students developed individual spatial productions. Students were free to decide if they designed a stage set, a spatial installation or an exhibition consisting of several rooms. The seminar was divided into three sections and opened by an introductory. At the end, students presented their concepts. Amelie Thierfelder and Si Lui’s project “Nuances” won the first prize at Basel’s IN3 Scenography Festival.

Seminar Section I: Methodology of project research and analysis “From small to big to small” – from the first idea to the final result.
Seminar Section II: Description and concretization of conceptual ideas.
Seminar Section III: Translation into spatial pictures and scenographic dramaturgy. The seminar’s results were collected in individual and diverse project books containig sketches, photo collages, photos, quotations, scripts etc.
